Jones is the name of a wonderful and inspiring actress I happen to know. I have cast her in a little drama I have imagined. It's Jones' birthday and her friends have thrown her a party. Jones is getting all the attention, not least because of what she's wearing--a kind of cocktail dress made from a fluid silk fabric that makes it feel almost like a shirt dress.

Details

This Jones version is a coktail dress in a silk crêpe de chine with a front décolleté and jewelled closings at the neckline. The long bell bottom sleeves open with an invisible snap. It is zipped on the side.

This dress is cut at the waist for a cinched silhouette but can also be belted as in this photo.

The dress is designed by Julie de Libran in Paris and crafted in Italy. The fabric is exclusive and made in extremely limited quantities.
